parkseego Terms of Use
Last updated: October 24, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and AGES Foundry, LLC (“we”, “us”) for parkseego: the iPhone app, its Apple Watch app, the web app at app.parkseego.com, and the website parkseego.com (together, “parkseego”). By creating an account or using parkseego, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use parkseego.
The iPhone and Apple Watch apps are licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”, https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). These terms add to it. If they conflict, these terms apply, except where the Standard EULA says it must control.
Your account
- You can browse live waits without an account. You need one to save favorites, set alerts, plan trips, time a queue or buy parkseego Plus or Pro.
- You sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a code we email you. Use an email address you can receive mail at, and keep the account you sign in with secure. The same account works in the iPhone app and the web app.
- You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it.
- Accounts are for people 13 and over: you must be at least 13 years old to create one. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Families with younger children can use parkseego on a parent’s account.
- You can delete your account at any time: in the iPhone app at More › Account › Delete account, in the web app at Account › Delete account, or by emailing us.
What parkseego is, and what it isn’t
- parkseego shows wait times, ride status, park hours, dining hours, forecasts, crowd estimates and weather. It gets this information from public sources, from queue times that guests measure, and from our own estimates.
- Wait times, forecasts and suggestions are estimates, not guarantees. The information can be late, incomplete or wrong: a ride can close or a wait can change after we last checked. Likely waits, crowd scores and suggested plans are estimates too. The posted wait and the park’s own staff and apps are the final word.
- Alerts are best effort. Notifications depend on Apple, your browser, your device, your settings and your connection, and they can arrive late or not at all. Don’t rely on parkseego alone for anything time-critical or safety-related.
- parkseego is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal or any park operator. Park and attraction names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the parks and attractions. parkseego doesn’t sell tickets or book anything for you. You book directly with the park.
- Always follow the park’s rules, ride restrictions and posted instructions. Please don’t use your phone in ways that are unsafe or against the rules in line or on a ride.
parkseego Plus and Pro
The plans. parkseego Plus and parkseego Pro are optional yearly subscriptions. They add features such as more favorites and alerts, wait forecasts, plans for any day, multi-day trips and the Apple Watch app, and Pro adds the most, including the Live tab. Live waits, the park map, the Crowd Calendar and the queue timer are free. There is no free trial: the free plan is there to try parkseego for as long as you like. We show what each plan includes before you buy.
Prices. Plus is $9.99 a year and Pro is $19.99 a year, in US dollars, the same on the App Store and on the web. Where sales tax applies, it is shown before you pay. The price you agree to is the one shown when you confirm.
Your plan works everywhere you sign in. A plan you buy on either the App Store or the web turns on for your parkseego account in the iPhone app, the Apple Watch app and the web app. If you have more than one plan (for example, one from the App Store and one from the web), you get the higher plan; we don’t cancel or refund either one for you, so cancel the one you don’t want.
Bought on the App Store
- Plus and Pro in the iPhone app are sold as auto-renewing App Store subscriptions, billed yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- To cancel or manage it, go to Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Canceling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies, not by us. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Deleting your parkseego account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it with Apple.
- Apple will tell you before a price increase applies to your subscription, as its rules require.
Bought on the web
- Plus and Pro on the web app (app.parkseego.com) are yearly subscriptions paid by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe’s checkout page shows the plan, the price and any tax before you pay. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as AGES FOUNDRY.
- It renews automatically every year, at the then-current price, on the same date, until you cancel. We charge the card on file on the renewal date.
- Cancel anytime in the web app under your plan’s settings (it opens Stripe’s billing page), or by emailing support@parkseego.com. Canceling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays on until the end of the year you’ve paid for.
- Refunds: you can get a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or of a yearly renewal, no questions asked. Email support@parkseego.com from the address on your account. A refunded plan ends when the refund is made. After 14 days we don’t give partial refunds, but you can cancel anytime and keep your plan until the end of the paid year. Details: Refund policy.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it can’t be collected, the plan ends.
- Deleting your parkseego account cancels a web subscription right away, and your plan ends with the account. If that’s within 14 days of a purchase or renewal, email us for a refund.
- Price changes: we’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
From a travel advisor
Some travel advisors give their clients a parkseego Plus or Pro pass through our advisor portal. A pass is free to you, lasts one year from when you accept the advisor in the app, and doesn’t renew. The advisor’s business, not you, pays for it, and refunds of passes are between that business and us.
If we stop
If we stop offering Plus or Pro, we’ll stop renewals. If we stop offering a web plan you’ve paid for before its year ends, we’ll refund the unused part.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- use parkseego to break the law or anyone’s rights;
- try to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours, or test, probe or break our security;
- scrape, copy or resell parkseego’s data, or use automated tools to access it without our written permission;
- overload, interfere with or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
- use parkseego to build a competing service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or put the service or other people at risk.
Your content
Trips, notes, favorites and other things you save stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run parkseego for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
When you time a queue, you give us a permanent, royalty-free right to use that timing, without your name or account, to estimate waits for everyone. Because it isn’t linked to you, it stays after you delete your account.
Our content
parkseego, its design, code, estimates, photos and branding belong to us or our licensors. Live park data comes from ThemeParks.wiki under its terms. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather, and its sources are listed at the attribution link in the app.
Changes and availability
- We may add, change or remove features, or stop offering parkseego or support for a park.
- We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and we’ll tell you in the app or by email about significant changes. Using parkseego after the changes take effect means you accept them.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- parkseego is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for missed rides, lost time, travel costs or lost data.
- Our total liability for all claims about parkseego is limited to the amount you paid us or Apple for parkseego Plus or Pro in the 12 months before the claim. If you use parkseego for free, that amount is $0.
Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
Apple
As the Standard EULA says, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for parkseego or its content, has no duty to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.
